Lifetime Arts Organization, New Rochelle, NY                             2016 - Present
Director of Education​​
Lifetime Arts, is a non-profit service organization that support organizations across sectors and teaching artists to build their capacity to deliver creative aging arts education programs. They are the National Leader in the dissemination of best practices, training, and resources and support for developing and designing Creative Aging Programs. My responsibilities as Director of Education include: 
  • Design and Facilitation of All National Creative Aging Training Institutes - In-person & Remote
  • Senior Management and Strategic Planning for Partnerships and Proposals
  • Oversees and manages the Train the Trainer Program & Mentor Program
  • Oversees and manages all contracted artists, guest speakers, and panelist
  • Content Creator and designer for online learning courses and other resources.

  • Developed lessons and Facilitated a year-long integrated drama residency at the UFT Charter School, East New York, Brooklyn.
  • Connected ELA, Social Studies and (Out)Laws and Justice curriculums through drama.
  • Utilized image theatre, applied theatre, mantel of the expert, improvisation, guided storytelling and devised theatre techniques to illuminate social studies curriculum.
  • Wrote and Directed four originally devised curriculum connected shows with the students that was performed for the school body.

  • Created original plays with K-2nd grade students based on fairy tales to share with families.
